Is the Mill Race assessible for wheelchairs?
The Mill Race is fully accessible via the path running in front of the pub and has a disabled parking area. If you need a hand from us then just let us know.
Are children welcome at the Mill Race?
Definitely, we always welcome children in our pub. Our Children's Menu uses fresh seasonal produce and is cooked to order. Most of our main menu dishes are available as smaller portions, just ask. Alternatively tell us what your children would like to eat and we will do our best to accomodate their needs. We have a selection of puzzles and colouring for the children if required and often run children's competitions. We also have a large garden area as well as a large outdoor dining terrace.
Are pets allowed in the pub?
Unfortunately we do not allow pets in the pub, except for guide dogs. Pets are welcome in our garden and we are happy to provide fresh water.
We are going for a walk before lunch so can I wear my muddy boots in the pub?
We are a country pub and muddy boots are more than welcome in the bar - we are not posh!

Do you cater for special dietary requirements?
We do, just tell us your requirements and we will come up with some choices. Since all our food is prepared and cooked to order it is easy to substitute or remove ingredients as required.

Yes, we offer free WiFi to customers who wish to bring a laptop with them and also have a computer for customers to use.
